Nursery
Mom, you need a break and a chance to focus on the Word of God without distraction. We offer a nursery on Sundays at 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 6:00 PM as well as on Wednesdays at 7:00 PM. We have a loving group of ladies who will care for your baby so you can enjoy the church service without worrying about your child.
Sunday School Classes
- Every Sunday morning we meet at 10:00 AM. This is a great place to connect with others in your age group. Lessons are designed for each specific age group.
- Each of our classes has teachers who care for the students and strive to teach Bible lessons that are well-suited to the age group.
Nursery
- The Nursery is available during all services for children ages 0–2. Our nursery staff are kind, loving ladies who care for your babies so you can focus on the service and Bible teaching. As you enter the main doors, this room is located to the left.

Shipmates
Shipmates classes meet during the school year on Wednesday nights at 7:00 PM, except during holidays, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and summer break. Classes are offered in age brackets similar to those in Sunday School (see above), from the youngest groups up to and including the teen class. Shipmates differs from Sunday School in that each class typically includes fun, age-appropriate activities along with a Bible lesson tailored to the children.
Bus Ministry
We operate a bus service each Sunday morning and for our Wednesday Shipmates ministry (listed above).
On Sundays, we pick up your child, bring them to church by 10:00 AM, and return them home after service (around 12:00 PM).
On Wednesdays during the Shipmates program, the bus arrives at church around 7:00 PM and departs at 8:00 PM to take children home.
Our goal is to help your child grow spiritually and learn about God. Space and availability is limited, so please call the church for availability and more details. Ask for Bro. Preston Diehl at 330-837-0101.
Teens
Our teen group is led by Bro. Preston Diehl and his wife Rebekah. They meet on Sunday mornings for Sunday School, as well as Wednesday nights during the Shipmates program. They have regular fun activities all through the year. They are often involved in helping with Vacation Bible School (VBS), and other ministries. Each summer they attend a week of camp where their life will be positively impacted by unplugging from the world, and plugging into the Bible.
Harbor of Grace (widows group)
The Ladies’ Widows Group meets once a month on a Thursday afternoon at 1:00 PM. Members share a meal, enjoy warm fellowship, and receive an encouraging lesson from God’s Word. It’s a special time to connect with others who understand your journey—offering mutual blessing, support, and encouragement.
Mary & Martha (Ladies group)
A monthly gathering for women of all ages, held on Tuesday evenings. Attendees enjoy food, fellowship, a fun craft activity, and a Bible lesson that will be a blessing and help them.
Vacation Bible School
Each summer we have a week in which we offer an exciting time of classes for children. There are crafts, skits, snacks, and Bible lessons. We also strive to run our bus during this time. Usually, classes are held for a couple of hours each evening for a week. Watch for details, dates, and schedules in our regular announcements at church as well as our activities page.
Camp
Each summer we strive to send young people to Bible-focused Christian camp. This includes a week of junior camp and a week of teen camp. It is a great time to unplug from the world and plug into God. We believe that camp ministry is a wonderful opportunity for your child or grandchild to start and/or strengthen their walk with the Lord. Pastor Rice’s life was greatly impacted by Christian camp; he was saved and surrendered to preach while at youth camp. Daily preaching of God’s Word at camp can lead to positive, life-altering decisions in your young person’s life.
Singles
Our single young adults have a few activities throughout the year, and they also meet each Sunday morning at 10:00 AM in their Sunday School class. It is a great opportunity to meet others in a smaller group setting.
